These signs are built on a durable polyurethane backing, comprised of the word "OPEN" in red LED NEON and a top and bottom border in blue LED NEON.

- It is Much safer - the sign itself runs on 24V DC - the package includes an AC/DC electronic transformer not unlike the one that runs your laptop, however much smaller, compared to Glass neon running at high voltages, this is a much safer alternative.
- ZERO shock hazard, you can pick up the sign while it is powered quite safely, convenient for flipping it around at closing time.
- And finally - With an average lifetime of 100,000hrs LED NEON will last much longer than conventional neon tubes.
The sign itself has two eyelets mounted on the top for hanging the sign via chain or other fastening method, and the power supply has 170mm of lead on the AC side(wall socket) and 165mm on the DC side(sign).
