Shipping

Due to the nature of the items we stock manual shipping quotes are often required. To send us your order with a manual shipping request simply go through the checkout process as usual, and choose "Manual Shipping Quote Request" as the "payment method".

No payment is required at the time of sending the order, and we will contact you with a shipping quotation for you to assess. If you wish to proceed with the quote we will invoice you for the order.

Smaller orders are sent via Australia Post. You will be presented with a postage cost when checking out.

Refunds and Returns

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and returns on any order. Should you require a refund or return you must contact us for an assessment of the situation.

In any event shipping costs are never refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
